Controlled Documents: Bulk Actions

A new bulk action allows you to download or delete multiple documents at once.

  • You can now single-click a folder to bring up options to delete (if you have permission) or download it, including all subfolders, as a zip file.
  • To open a folder and view its contents, double-click is now required.

Price Lists

You can now edit individual pricing directly in the pricing table at the organisation, client or project level:

Features

Timesheets:

  • Administrators can now set up custom notifications to alert you when an employee’s hours go over or under a set threshold.
  • We’ve added the ability to mark timesheets as overnight or night shift, helping distinguish the type of work being logged.

Extra Pay:

  • You can now record additional payments to staff such as bonuses or allowances, outside of regular pay.

Client Feedback:

  • You can now request a Google Review directly from a client during or after a project is complete.

Loans:

  • Loan records now use a unique loan number to make them easier to track.

Projects:

  • Additional project detail fields have been added to help you keep everything in one place.

Invoices:

  • A new permission group allows you to control who can view and manage invoices.
  • The invoice export now includes a date column for easier reporting.
  • Added a “Copy to All” button for quickly assigning inter-entity invoice branches.

Custom Job Statuses:

  • You can now create your own job statuses for project jobs, letting you track progress in a way that suits your workflows.

Imports:

  • The data import process now includes clearer field descriptions and improved feedback to help guide users through the process.

Improvements

Speed:

  • Reports and dashboards such as Profit & Loss and the Test Dashboard now load significantly faster.

User Experience:

  • We’ve improved the styling of buttons, tabs and search fields throughout the app to make things easier to find and use.
  • Wording throughout the app has been updated to make things clearer. For example, “standard” job types are now called “managed” to better reflect how they’re used.

Compliance:

  • The app now meets NATA requirements for staff competency approvals.

Management Dashboard:

  • We’ve simplified the Management Dashboard by removing redundant information to help keep the focus on what matters most.

Bug Fixes

Documents:

  • Fixed an issue where downloading multiple documents in a zip would fail or result in a corrupted file.

Pricing:

  • Resolved a bug that was preventing some users from updating pricing information.

CPIRs:

  • Users without a position can now be added to a CPIR if they have a default branch set.

Equipment:

  • Calibration completion dates now save correctly.

Invoices & Purchases:

  • Fixed several bugs affecting invoice overviews, purchase item display, and pre-payments.
  • Fixed a bug that was preventing the “posted” invoice status from being created.

General Stability:

  • Addressed a number of smaller issues including:
    • Random test failures
    • Incorrect billed amount calculations
    • User data not refreshing properly
