In order to have a range of people who are able to approve peoples timesheets, you can add in different timesheet approvers for branches. To add a new timesheet approver, go to ‘Organisations’ > ‘Quick Links’ > ‘Timesheet Approvers’ > ‘Add New‘. You can then select a user and a branch that they are able to approve for.
These people will then show up when a user is adding a timesheet and they select their role, the approval users for the branch will appear in the ‘timesheet approver’ dropdown.
Please note that users are not able to select themselves as timesheet approvers if they are a timesheet approver for a branch that they are adding a timesheet for.
