Industries

The ‘Industries’ feature in theBOSSapp is designed to help organizations categorize and track their projects based on the industries they serve. This feature allows users to create industries, assign them to projects, and view the total work done for each industry. The following is a step-by-step guide on how to use this feature:

1. Creating Industries: To create an industry, go to “Organization” > “Links” and under ‘Operational Details’ click ‘Industries’. Click on the “Add Industry” button, enter the name of the industry, and click “Save.” Repeat this process to create as many industries as needed.
2. To edit an industry, click the industry you want to edit and change the name as required.
3. Assigning Industries to Projects: To assign an industry to a project, go to the project’s details page, and select the industry from the dropdown menu under the “Industry” field. Repeat this process for all projects that belong to a specific industry.

Adding an Industry

1. Click “Organisation”
2. Click “Industries”
3. Click “Add Industry”
4. Fill in industry name
5. Click “Save”

Editing an Industry

1. Click “Organisation”

3. Click industry to edit
4. Edit as required
5. Click “Save”
