Improvements

  • Invoicing: The project name and number are now included in the subject line when an invoice is sent to a client.
  • Deliverables: When you add deliverables and enter a ‘percentage’, the ‘is progress claim’ toggle will now automatically turn on.
  • Deliverables: You can now mark deliverables as progress claims even after they have been created.
  • Soil Testing: When you select a ‘branch completed at’ in a test request, the address and base lab of that branch will now automatically appear on the test worksheet.
  • Pay Runs: Pay run notifications will now only be sent to branch managers who have team members included in the pay run.

Bug Fixes

  • Timesheets: Fixed an issue where moving a break on the productivity GUI did not save.
  • Organisations: Fixed an issue that caused the browsing session to not persist when changing organisations.
  • Equipment: Fixed an issue where recurring payments were still associated with equipment even after the associated project had changed.
  • Timesheets: Fixed an issue where the timesheet pop-up took the user to the current day instead of the previous day.
  • Dashboard Jobs: Improved load speed and pagination order of normal and prioritised jobs in the dashboard.
  • User Credit Cards: Fixed an issue that prevented approved credit cards from syncing to Xero.
  • Confidential Projects: Now only project members in confidential projects can make status changes to the project.
