The ‘Clients’ section of our software is a central hub for managing all the clients that your organization interacts with.   • Client Self-Registration: The software provides an option to request clients to fill out their own details by turning on the ‘Have clients sign up themselves’ setting under the ‘General’ tab in the ‘Organisation’ section. This feature ensures accurate and up-to-date client information and eliminates the need for double entry.
  • Feedback Management: The software allows you to request feedback from clients and also provides a platform for adding your own feedback about clients. This information is kept confidential and is not visible to the clients.
  • Account Management: The software allows you to give clients an account and set a limit to their account. This means that when their account balance exceeds the limit, your organization will not be able to send deliverables to that client.
  • Contact Management: The software enables you to add contacts to clients and assign them to specific projects under the same client. This makes it easier to manage client communications and keep track of who is involved in each project.
