We’ve made several updates to the pricing features in theBOSSapp. You can now create price lists for Billable Items, User rates and Test Methods (if applicable). Additionally, you can assign user productivity as a project cost with the option to override default charge-out rates.

As before, price lists can also be duplicated across clients, projects and tenders for easier setup.

Improvements

• Project Pricing: You can now add users to the pricing table.
• Projects: Project managers can now change the job that productivity is assigned to in the project overview.
• Permission Groups: Added ‘view high risk CPIRs’ and ‘view Extreme Risk CPIRs’ permissions to permission groups.
• Skills: Skill competencies can now be deleted.
• Soil Testing: Worksheets can now sync, allowing multiple sheets to be included in a single report.
• Soil Testing: When a sample has a comment, it will be marked as complete immediately.
• Accounts: Loans can now start from a specific date, enabling the addition of loans that were partially completed before being entered into the system.

Bug Fixes

• Tenders: Fixed issue where the ‘ABN’ field couldn’t be selected when creating a new client from a tender.
• Soil Testing: Fixed issue where moisture comments would occasionally not display.
• Soil Testing: Fixed issue where the sample register was not filtering correctly in certain circumstances.
• Accounts: Fixed issue where admins were unable to edit users’ payroll information.
• CPIRs: Fixed issue preventing users from seeing CPIRs if no risk matrix was present.
