Project Tagging

With Project Tagging, you can now add custom tags to categorise and locate projects quickly. This new feature allows you to create user-defined labels to organise projects based on specific criteria or keywords that matter most to your work.

Purchase Markups

This feature streamlines your project cost calculations by allowing you to set a markup percentage on project-related purchases, ensuring consistent pricing on deliverables and reducing the need for manual adjustments.

Communications Log

The Communication Log now allows you to log emails, phone calls, meetings, and SMSs directly from the project or client record, or via the menu bar. This makes it easier to keep a clear and accessible history of communications.

Improvements

• Projects: You can now click through to the related SharePoint site as an alternative to the Teams channel.
  
• Purchases: The created-at timestamp is now displayed on all purchases.
• Jobs: Added the ability to filter out jobs that are ‘over budget’ on the project jobs page.
• Projects: You can now click directly on ‘{x} amount overdue’ under ‘Projects’ in the dashboard to filter for overdue jobs.
• Profile: The last three organisations you logged into are now visible under the dropdown by your name, allowing for easy switching between organisations.
• Clients: Added the ability to mark a client as a ‘key client’, currently intended for display purposes only.
• Microsoft Integration: IT group members now have permission to edit the Microsoft integration.
• Suppliers: Add in supplier link to the new project overview page.
• Soil Testing: Test Request Worksheets now include page numbers.
• Soil Testing: You can now filter the sample dump by project.

Bug Fixes

• Project Templates: Fixed issue with the “Add New Project from Template” form.
• Microsoft Integration: Fixed issue with syncing to Microsoft.
• Logging In: Fixed issue that occasionally prevented users from being signed into the last organisation they accessed.
• Tenders: Fixed 404 error occurring when adding a tender and searching for a new client.
• Purchases/Projects Dropdown: Fixed issue with purchases and the projects dropdown that was causing the entire page to slow down.
• Projects: Fix issue with the copy project not copying over the jobs.
• Soil Testing: Fix issue that was causing samples to occasionally switch place when updated in the worksheet.
