International Suppliers

It’s now easier to add international suppliers. Enabling the ‘International’ checkbox when adding a supplier removes the requirement to enter an ABN, trading name, and accounts email.

Gantt Chart

A Gantt Chart is a visual tool that displays tasks as horizontal bars across a timeline, showing start dates, end dates and durations. It provies a clear view of scheduling, progress tracking and potential bottlenecks.

The Gantt Chart can be accessed by navigating to a project, selecting the Jobs tab, and then clicking on the Gantt Chart tab:

Improvements

• Soil Testing: Speed up test generation of multiple worksheets.
• Timesheets: Timesheets now round as per Australian Standards.
• Suppliers: Added in supplier link to the new project overview page.
• Offboarding: Added the ability to transfer CPIRs raised by a specific person during their offboarding process.
• Clients: Clients can now be designated as a ‘key client’ and filtered by this status in the clients register.
• Projects: The overview dashboard now includes a toggle option to switch between displaying new or original fields.
• Purchases: Can add jobs to line items in inbound accounts payable.
• Worksheets: Test Request Worksheets now include the page number.
• Worksheets: When adding a signature to a report, the system will check to ensure the price does not exceed the allowable limit before saving.
• Samples Register: You can now filter the sample dump by project.
• Test Requests: Worksheet PDFs are now sorted by sample number.

Bug Fixes

• Confidential Projects: Resolved an issue preventing project managers from editing their confidential projects in a shared organisation.
• Management Dashboard: The WIP export now accurately matches the WIP tile, including adjustments for inter-entity invoices.
• Payments: Fix issue updating credit card receipts.
• Branches: Fix issue with branches doubling up prices.
• Project Templates: Fix issue with the copy project not copying over the jobs.
• Dashboard: Fixed issues with dragging jobs between the priority and non-priority columns.
• Jobs: Fixed an issue where multi-org lists would display unrelated jobs.
• Soil Testing: Fixed an issue where samples would occasionally switch places when updated in the worksheet.
• Offboarding: Transferring tasks now also includes moving Raised CPIRs.
• Accounts: Fix issue with getting inbound accounts payable.
• Equipment: Resolved an issue that blocked equipment creation if the calibration date was left blank.
• Test Requests: To prevent data loss, jobs with associated tests can no longer be moved to a new project.
• Test Requests: Fixed a bug where moistures occasionally incorrectly flagged a tin as in use.
• Competencies: Resolved a bug that prevented competencies from being renewed.
