Shared Documents Release

We’re excited to announce the release of the “Shared Document Access” feature for theBOSSapp. With this new feature, users can now easily share their documents with external people.

Here are the key features of this release:

• Ability to share a document with external users by generating a unique link
• External users can only download the document, no edit permissions are given
• Logging of when external users download the document
• Secure access with the option to delete the share at any time
