    Improvements

    • Projects: You can now download the Project > Overview Productivity table as a CSV file.
    • CPIRs: Added ‘Types’ to the filters in CPIRs.
    • User Credit Cards: When requesting an exemption for a credit card receipt, you must now provide a reason to help the accounting team understand why the exemption is needed.
    • User Credit Cards: Added the ability to delete credit cards.
    • Tenders: You can now filter tenders by ‘Your Tenders’ which includes any tender where you are the job manager.
    • Permission Groups: Added a permission group specifically for project allowances.
    • Soil Testing: You can now add multiple branches to test requests allowing equipment from different branches to be included in the sheet.
    • Soil Testing: You can now upload PDFs to the Excel testing add-in, and when you generate and sign the worksheet, those PDFs will be automatically appended to the report. This is useful for attaching plans to test reports.
    • Accounts: The accounts group will now be notified when a balloon payment is 2 months away.
    • Suppliers: The email notifying users of new credit card receipts now includes the supplier name, date, and cost.
    • Suppliers: The supplier purchase list now shows the project associated with each purchase.

    Bug Fixes

    • Upcoming Jobs: Increased stability by limiting the dispatch to 10 jobs at a time, preventing timeouts.
    • Allowances in Timesheets: Fixed issue with the display of allowances in timesheets.
    • Shared Projects: Fixed issue where projects shared with other entities would occasionally not load.
    • Equipment Invoices: Fixed issue causing equipment invoices to fail intermittently.
    • Billed Purchases: Fixed issue where ‘billed purchases’ were showing purchases one day earlier than selected in the management dashboard.
