Improvements

Dockets:

• Added Start Time and Finish Time fields to dockets for improved tracking.
• Added the ability to resend a docket if needed.
• Dockets are now emailed from the account of the user who is currently logged in.

Soil Testing:

• Added a “Get Location” button in samples to automatically pull in Eastings and Northings.
• The Test Dashboard can now be filtered for easier viewing.
• You can now change a cancelled test request back to either Pending or In Progress status.
• Added a ‘Without Moisture’ filter to the Test Request dashboard for easier sorting.

Timesheets:

• You can now mark a public holiday timesheet as not a public holiday if it was incorrectly flagged.

Budgets:

• Budget details are now included in the Weekly Forecast, giving more context to financial planning.

Invoicing:

• You can now invoice tests that are allowed to generate worksheets without needing to be complete.
• Invoices created before a project’s client was changed can now be synced to the new client.

Permission Groups:

• Added a Branch Purchase permission group to control purchasing access by branch.

Branches:

• Introduced a Branch Leave Overview tab, allowing you to see how much leave each user in a branch has available.

Profile:

• The user profile now displays the employment start date instead of the date the user was added to BOSS.

Deliverables:

• Rolled out a redesigned Deliverables form with improved layout and styling.

Dockets:

• Docket contacts now pull from the project instead of the client.
• Updated styling to make the Docket form cleaner and easier to use.

Pay Runs:

• Pay Runs will now indicate if a timesheet needs to be re-approved.

Projects:

• A ‘Shared’ filter has been added to the Projects Register to display projects that have been shared with other organisations.

Bug Fixes

Soil Testing

• Fixed a race condition in test reports that occasionally caused report numbers to be duplicated.
• Fixed an issue where worksheets without any tests were not being deleted, resulting in users being asked to approve empty worksheets.
• Resolved an issue where worksheets were not being created properly in certain cases.

Budgets:

• Fixed an issue with subcontractor markups not displaying correctly in budgets.

Jobs:

• Fixed an issue with the select input in jobs not functioning correctly.
• Resolved a bug where the wrong job type would occasionally appear due to select input errors.
