Quickly Email All Branch or Division Managers via the BOSS Outlook Add-In

You can now use the BOSS Outlook Add-In to easily email all Branch or Division Managers in your organisation. This feature automatically pulls in the relevant email addresses and adds them to your email draft.

Improvements

Equipment:

• Equipment marked as ‘not in service’ will no longer appear in test request worksheets.
• In Nuclear Densometers, the header stays pinned at the top of the page when scrolling, similar to the Samples tab.

Invoicing:

• Added a ‘Date’ column to the Invoices table for easier tracking.

Loans:

• You can now mark loans as ‘Paid Off’ as of a specific date.

Emails:

• Styled emails sent from the system to appear more polished and professional.

Pay Runs:

• The main pay run table now includes Total Deductions and Expense Claims for clearer summaries.

Custom Jobs:

• You can now mark a custom job as ‘Invoice Not Required’, meaning any job with that type won’t require an invoice.

Performance Improvements:

• Staff Matrix loading speed improved by 30x, making it significantly faster to view user data.

Bug Fixes

Equipment:

• Fixed an issue where calibrations weren’t being created properly when a piece of equipment’s type was changed.

Leave Requests:

• Fixed a bug that caused leave requests to show negative hours.

Profit & Loss:

• Fixed an issue where Profit and Loss was showing an incorrect budget.
• Made multiple fixes to Profit and Loss, including:- Ensuring purchases show under revenue– Sorting accounts by their name.

Search:

• Fixed a bug that prevented users from searching for terms with ampersands (&), such as “Parent & Sons”.

Tenders:

• Fixed a bug where the tender number was not included in welcome emails sent to clients.

Wages:

• Fixed an issue with the calculated minimum wage for annual employees.
