Features

Projects & Jobs

• Column Customisation: In a project, the jobs table now allows columns to be turned off and on depending on what infomation you prefer to see.An expand button has also been added to display the table at full width.

Custom Jobs

• Images in Job Form Templates: Exporting jobs to PDF or Word templates now supports image fields, allowing photos captured within the job to be embedded directly into the generated document.

Payroll

• Pay Runs for Branch Managers: Branch managers can now access Pay Runs directly from the HR navigation menu.

Invoicing

• Overdue Invoices Dashboard: Tracking site, Division and Project Managers now have an additional metric on their dashboard which displays overdue invoices. Clicking this will open a table below showing due dates, outstanding balances and clear overdue or paid status badges.

• Sent Docket History: Dockets now display a complete history of when they have been sent.

• Job Financial Columns: The Jobs list now separates Budget/Contract Value, Deliverables Value and Invoiced Value into individual columns.
• Add Project from Client Profile: A new Add Project button has been added to client profiles, opening the project form with the client and contact already selected.

• Global Search: Document search results now display the folder name alongside each file, making it easier to identify where documents are stored.
• Schedule Summary: The schedule and leave summary window has been redesigned with a cleaner layout and improved readability.

• Branch Members: Adding branch members to a project now adds them to the existing team instead of replacing it.

HR

• Expense Claims: Finished staff roles remain available when submitting historical expense claims and are now clearly labelled as finished.

Samples

• Sample Date Information: The Samples page now includes an information banner explaining the updated sampled date behaviour.

Scheduling

• Branch Schedule Permission: A new permission allows users to view branch schedules without requiring broader administrative access.
• Weekly Forecast Access: Managers of branch managers can now view, edit and approve weekly forecasts for their direct reports’ branches.

Equipment

• New Equipment Statuses: New Sell, Investigation, and Repair statuses have been added to the equipment module and are available as filter options.

Samples & Worksheets

• Change Tests on Worksheets: Test methods and worksheet templates can now be changed on existing test request worksheets without losing sample data.
• Sampled Date Improvements: Sampled dates are now copied when duplicating worksheets, and new samples automatically default to the job’s scheduled start date.

Bug Fixes

• Prevented paid invoices from being changed back to an incomplete status.
• Corrected pay run counts so they display accurately throughout the system.

HR & Payroll

• Fixed an issue where one-off payments could not locate staff members in certain cross-organisation scenarios.
• Resolved a timesheet processing issue affecting payroll calculations.

CPIRs

• Fixed notification issues for CPIRs raised in child organisations using parent organisation types.

Custom Forms

• Fixed an issue where cross-organisation custom field dropdowns did not display previously selected values.
• Fixed a file validation issue that could cause errors with older file field configurations.

Equipment

• Fixed equipment calibration issues affecting certain scenarios.

Samples & Worksheets

• Fixed worksheet deletion so associated moisture testing records are removed correctly.
• Improved worksheet deliverable processing so temporary timing conflicts automatically retry instead of failing permanently.

Dashboards & Forecasting

• Fixed missing status badges on the WIP dashboard.
• Fixed access to historical weekly forecasts for branch managers’ managers.

Security & Access

Fixed an organisation branch permission issue that incorrectly restricted access for some users.
