Faster Credit Note Creation

You can now create a credit note directly from an existing invoice.

1. Click into the invoice that you would like to credit note.

2. Click the ‘Create Credit Note‘ button:

This will automatically recreate the invoice line items on your credit note as negative deliverables.

External Calibrations for Equipment

Equipment Calibrations can now be marked as external making it easier to track equipment that needs to be sent off-site for calibration. 

External calibrations due in the next month will show on the dashboard for the job manager and branch manager:

External calibrations will also pop up on the assigned user dashboard when they’re due and overdue:

An equipment item’s status can also be marked as ‘Sent for External Calibration‘:

(This will not cancel any existing calibrations)

    

Features

HR Employee Profiles:

• A new Employee Profile module (HRIS) has been added. This centralises staff information and lets you manage jobs, track performance reviews and create employment detail changes in one place.

Test Worksheets:

• A new version history system lets you track changes made to test worksheets. Any updates will now automatically save a snapshot of the worksheet for future reference.

Improvements

Timesheets:

• Filters when viewing your list of timesheets have been upgraded and pagination added to improve load times and usability.

Moisture Register:

• Moisture data has been added to a search engine significantly improving search speeds when working with large datasets.

HR Staff Jobs:

• Staff jobs can now be deleted from the HR module if no longer needed.

Bug Fixes

Test Worksheets:

• Fixed an issue where viewing test history would error if no worksheet was present.

Employment Hero Integration:

• Increased the reliability of the sync between Employment Hero and BOSS.

Profit & Loss:

• Resolved an error that was displaying incorrect figures in the revenue summary calculation.

HR Data Format:

• Fixed a formatting issue so organisations in the HR module are always returned as a list.

HR Permissions & Filters:

• Improved leave and timesheet scoping for labour-hire roles and enhanced HR group permissions.
• Fixed the HR staff list filters to remove duplicates and improve the accuracy of status filters.

Equipment Form:

• Fixed an issue in the equipment form that could have caused errors when saving.

Weekly Forecast:

• Fixed an error that was incorrectly calculating subcontractor revenue in the forecast.

Moisture Register:

• Date filtering in moisture search now correctly handles different timezones.
