Paste Files Directly into Comments

You can now paste files, including screenshots, straight into comment sections without needing to upload them manually.

Custom Jobs: Clearer Form Completion & Approval Status

A new Form Completion Status tracker for custom jobs has been added to make it clearer what’s required before submitting for approval.

When completing a job with required custom fields, you’ll now see a Form Completion Status box at the bottom of the form. This shows how many required fields still need to be completed before the job can be sent for approval. You can click Expand to see exactly which fields are complete and which are still outstanding:

Once all required form fields have been completed, select an approver and click save:

A confirmation message will appear on the right-hand side of the page showing who the approver is. This message stays visible as you scroll:

Improvements

Support Tickets:

  • All related file attachments can be viewed directly within the ticket.

Tenders:

  • You can now cancel a tender before it is submitted.

HR & Contractor Management:

  • Improved visibility of contractor status in HRIS, including the ability to remove contractor status when it changes.
  • You can now search for organisational positions by their ID number.
  • Improved how penalty rates are managed and displayed.
  • HR/Admins can now add certain competency skills to multiple profiles or roles simultaneously.

Accounts & Pay Runs:

  • The accounts team can now update expense claim accounts while processing a pay run.

HR & Payroll:

  • Staff deductions can now be filtered by whether they are recurring and whether they’ve been paid.
  • Added customisable consecutive timesheet notifications to alert recipients when timesheets are submitted for multiple days in a row.
  • Added new disciplinary action categories for injured workers to support clearer record-keeping.

User Interface:

  • The main floating action button (bottom-right corner) has been redesigned with a cleaner layout and quicker access to key actions.
  • Added loading indicators when navigating between invoices and credit notes to provide clearer feedback.

Bug Fixes

Timesheets & Payroll:

  • Fixed several issues affecting ordinary hours and overtime calculations, including public holiday scenarios.

Xero Integration:

  • Fixed an issue preventing certain accounts from being deleted when linked to Xero.

Forms & Validation:

  • Resolved issues with nested required fields in complex forms not validating correctly.

Jobs & Projects:

  • Fixed an issue where some job details were not displaying correctly on the job overview page.

Soil Testing & Samples:

  • Fixed a bug where items in the moistures table could not be deleted.
  • Resolved a display issue affecting the Sample Dump modal.

Clients & Search:

  • Fixed an issue where searching for clients in certain forms could prevent them from being selected.

General Stability:

  • Addressed various background errors and type issues to improve overall system stability.
