Features

  • Productivity: Added a ‘quick add productivity’ button to jobs, allowing users to easily log productivity throughout the day. Read more.
  • Soil Testing: Added the ability to input ‘expected test times’ to monitor staff performance during test completion.

Improvements

  • Tenders: When you select a client on the ‘add tenders’ page, the 5 most recent tenders for that client will be displayed, helping to avoid duplicate tenders.
  • Invoices: Increased loading speeds of invoices by ~15x.
  • Project Overview: Expense claims have been added to the project overview page.
  • Inter Entity Invoicing: Added the ability to transfer inter-entity invoice approvals so that project managers can assign them to the appropriate staff.
  • Xero Integration: Xero assets will only be updated when equipment is required.
  • Allowances: You can now select which allowances to add to your timesheet as well as specifying the exact number of kilometers where applicable. Read more.
  • Select Lists: Added the ability to have ‘paginated’ select lists for quicker loading.
  • Approvals: The ‘approvals’ page in the user’s profile now reflects the improved approvals page from the dashboard.
  • Invoicing: When adding a credit note, it must now be allocated to a specific invoice.
  • Support Tickets: Support tickets are now grouped by category.
  • Support Tickets: Users now have the ability to cancel or update their own support tickets.
  • Expense Claims: Approval comments have been added to the ‘expense claims’ profile.

Bug Fixes

  • Insurances: Fixed an issue where expired supplier insurances were not automatically creating holds.
  • Invoices: Invoices on the dashboard will no longer appear if they have already been paid.
  • Performance Reviews: MCM check-ins will now be directed to managers instead of staff.
