New Slim Navigation Layout

We’ve redesigned the main navigation bar to give you more room to work. The new Slim Navigation takes up less vertical space, giving more space to your content.

New Accessibility Settings

You can personalise your viewing experience by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner. From there, you can toggle Dark Mode or change the font sizes across the app.

New Keyboard Shortcuts

We’ve introduced several keyboard shortcuts to help you navigate the platform faster faster from any page:

• Quick Search (/): Press the forward-slash key to instantly jump to the search bar for jobs, projects or suppliers.
• List Search (Ctrl + /): When viewing a list of cards (like projects or jobs), this shortcut takes you straight to the search bar.
• Global Navigation (Ctrl + k): Use this to open the global search, allowing you to find specific pages or site links and jump to them directly.

• Form Navigation (Tab / Shift + Tab): Use Tab key to move to the next field in a form and Shift + Tab to go back to the previous one.

New Live Form Builder

The Form Builder has been redesigned to make creating and updating forms much easier. You no longer need to switch back and forth between “Fields” and “Preview” tabs; you can edit your forms directly within a live view.

• Live Editing: Use the Fields tab to build your form while seeing exactly how it will look at the same time.
• Version Control: New revisions can be created once the previous version is locked. If a revision hasn’t been locked yet, it can now be deleted.
• New Design Elements: You can now add website links and infomation boxes to your forms, making it easier to provide helpful instructions.
• Quick Toggle: Use the shortcut Ctrl + E to instantly toggle between the Editor and Preview modes. You can find a full list of available shortcuts under the Field Settings menu.
