Equipment Sharing between Organisations
Specific equipment (or your entire fleet) can now be shared between organisations. Shared equipment is integrated directly into your register, making it easy to manage assets across different organisations. Please speak to an administrator if you need any equipment shared.
Individual Performance Review Creation
HR can now add individual performance reviews directly from a staff member’s profile in the Performance Reviews tab, outside of scheduled cycles. This can useful for new hires or mid-cycle reviews.
Bulk Delete Documents
In the Documents list, you can now multi-select several files at once to delete them in bulk.
Soil Testing: To improve on reporting, the concrete sample register now includes fields for Time Batched, Measured Slump, and Target Slump. This flows directly into worksheets and exports.
HR: The pay run process has been simplified into a single workflow. You can now see more detail and use new filters to find specific entries without having to open every individual timesheet.
Payroll: The calculations of ordinary vs. overtime hours have been rebuilt. This ensures that award rules are applied more accurately, particularly for staff with complex schedules, providing more reliable totals for payroll.
Approvals: Emails now include “smart links.” If you manage multiple organisations, clicking the link will automatically switch to the correct company and take you directly to the record.
HR: The Staff Matrix and Competency panels have been adjusted for better visibility. You can now see renewal due dates and “status badges” (e.g. Current, Due Soon, Overdue) at a glance.
Finance: The system is now more resilient when syncing Mastercard statements with built-in retries. This handles temporary connection issues without failing the entire sync.
