New Features

Equipment Calibration Templates

Calibrations can now be exported using predefined templates. Each calibration type can have its own Word template with the formatting setup in advance. When a calibration is completed, the relevant information can be downloaded in Word or PDF format. Feel free to reach out to me for assistance with setting up a new template.

Improvements

Custom Notifications: When triggering custom notifications, you now have a “Notify All” option. This will notify all members of the group/branch rather than just the group/branch leader.

SharePoint Sync: SharePoint syncing has been improved to run in scheduled batches rather than on every individual file change. This reduces background pressure on the app, making the sync more stable.

Pay runs: Only staff with admin or accounting roles can now mark a pay run as completed.

Soil Testing: The “time sampled” field is now included in nuclear densometer data, and location fields have been restored to concrete sample exports.

HR

• Employment Details: The system now includes “Abandonment of Employment” as a specific option when processing staff departures.
• Staff Matrix: The view of competencies has been improved. Deleted items are now hidden by default to reduce clutter but can be shown again using the “Show Deleted” filter.

Finance

• Journals: Automatic inter-entity journals simplify how transactions are managed across multiple entities. When a journal is created in one entity, a matching entry can be automatically generated in a linked organisation.
• Sync & Visibility: Updates or deletions remain in sync between linked journals and you can easily view their status and move between related journals for better visibility.

Bug Fixes

• Payroll: Timesheets now automatically recalculate if a leave reason is changed to “without pay” before the pay run is finalised.
• Xero Integration: Corrected an issue where some contacts were being sent to Xero even when the integration was turned off.
• Performance Reviews: Fixed a bug that prevented some performance reviews from being automatically created at the correct time of year.
• Visual Fixes: Resolved an issue where the search bar would occasionally disappear and ensured “Inter-Entity” jobs are clearly highlighted in your job table.
• Timesheets: The timesheet table now stays clean by hiding Saturday and Sunday columns when they aren’t being used.
• General: Fixed various minor issues with purchase splitting, month selection, and how child organisations view shared resources.
