  • Organisation Quick Search: Users with access to multiple organisations can now search for organisations directly from the profile menu:

    

Equipment & Projects

  • Shared Equipment Across Organisations: Equipment can now be shared across organisations within a group. Shared equipment is clearly labelled and can now also be linked to projects and test request worksheets, making it easier for multiple entities to work with centrally managed equipment.

Payroll

  • Weekend Standard Hours: Weekend hours are now correctly included in standard hour calculations for applicable award structures.
  • Leave Request Validation: Leave requests can no longer exceed the employee’s scheduled hours for a given day.

HR

  • Competency Fields Optional: The “Date User Made Competent” and other required fields for staff competencies are now optional when initially adding them to a staff member. These fields must still be completed before the competency can be sent for approval.

Projects & Tenders

  • Automatic Job Folder Renaming: Project document folders now automatically update when a project’s name, prefix or number changes, keeping folder structures aligned with project records.

Finance

  • Deleted Branch Labels in Profit & Loss: Deleted branches now appear with a (Deleted) label in Profit & Loss branch selection views, improving visibility for historical reporting.
  • Budget Lock Cleanup: Unlocked budget locks are now automatically removed when a branch is deleted, while locked historical periods remain preserved.

Equipment

  • Integrated Equipment Visibility: Purchase orders now correctly display all integrated equipment available across the organisation group when selecting equipment items.

Budgets & Reporting

  • Allowances in Budget Components: Staff role allowances are now included alongside timesheets in budget breakdown views, providing a more complete view of labour costs.

Bug Fixes

Equipment

  • Fixed an issue where upcoming and overdue equipment calibrations from shared organisations were not appearing on dashboards.
  • Fixed an issue where equipment type filters were not loading equipment types from shared organisations.

Profit & Loss Reporting

  • Fixed an issue where spending accounts were excluded from Actual Cost of Sales figures in the split Profit & Loss table.
  • Fixed an issue where add-back accounts were incorrectly appearing in revenue totals.

Integrations

  • Reduced issues affecting the Outlook add-in communicating with Microsoft servers.
  • Fixed an issue where Xero purchase credit notes ignored line-item tax type overrides during syncing.

Worksheets & Documents

  • Fixed an issue where branches from shared organisations were not loading correctly on test request worksheets.
  • Increased the timeout limit for test worksheet PDF conversions to improve reliability of report generation for large or complex worksheets.
