Custom Form Revisions

We’ve added a new feature to make managing custom job forms more reliable. Forms now use ‘revisions’, which means you can update a form without affecting any jobs already using an older version. This keeps historical records intact while still letting you improve and refine forms over time.

Logging Debt Collection Communications

A new Debt Collection communication type is available when logging client communications to help track debt collection activities.

Time Off In Lieu (TOIL)

Staff can now choose to bank overtime hours as Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) instead of receiving payment. This option is only available to staff who have been authorised by the HR department.

When you enter a timesheet that exceeds your organisation’s standard work hours, the option to bank TOIL will appear if HR has enabled it for you.

Once you’ve accrued TOIL, a new leave type called TOIL will be available when submitting a leave request.

You can now Bulk Download Deliverables as a single zip file:

Improvements

Admin Tools: Admins can now edit project productivity, not just project managers.

Forms & UX:

  • The Leave Request Form now includes instructional text and a default date, making it easier to submit.
  • The “Add Competency” form now uses a paginated search input making large lists easier to navigate.
  • You can now upload multiple files when logging a disciplinary action.

Payroll & Labour Hire:

  • New columns added to the pay run table: Total Hours and Number of Timesheets.
  • Users in child organisations can now add competencies to the staff matrix that originate from Protest People.

Bug Fixes

Forms: Fixed issues where some custom fields weren’t showing the right data in the new form versioning system.

CPIR: Fixed a bug where the wrong validation rules were being applied when changing a CPIR type.

Projects: Moving project documents and test request worksheets between projects is now more reliable.

Leave Requests:

  • Fixed an issue where the leave form showed the wrong staff roles or didn’t filter them correctly by date.
  • Fixed a bug where the approver list was not accurate on some leave requests.

Profit & Loss: Fixed an issue where the timesheet links in the profit and loss table used an incorrect URL.

Staff Roles: Deleted positions no longer appear in staff role drop downs.

Allowances: Addressed various bugs related to employment detail allowances not saving or displaying correctly.
