Recurring jobs allow project managers to create jobs that automatically get created at a specified cadence. This can be useful for tasks that need to be completed on a regular basis, such as weekly or monthly reports. By creating a recurring job, project managers can ensure that tasks are completed on time and reduce the likelihood of them being overlooked.

To create a recurring job, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the project you wish to create a recurring job for.
  2. Click the ‘Jobs’ tab.
  3. Click ‘Recurring Jobs’
  4. Fill the form, including to specify a frequency (how often you’d like it to be created) and the units (day, month, year, etc). and click ‘Save’.

Please note that if you create a recurring job to start on the day it’s created, it will create one straight away.

You can also specify which days of the week the job should be created, or exclude weekends altogether. This can be useful for jobs that only need to be completed on weekdays, or for projects where weekend work is not required.

Once a recurring job is created, it will be automatically generated on the specified cadence. Project managers can then assign the job to an employee or team, and add any necessary deliverables or notes.

Overall, the “Recurring Jobs” feature can help streamline project management by automating repetitive tasks and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
