The Organisation Page

The organisation page is the central place for updating your organisation including your details, any settings that you have, as well as many other things.

The organisation page has the following tabs to organise your organisation.

  • Links
  • Documents
  • Logo
  • Details
  • General
  • Billing
  • Integrations

The links tab is some ‘quick links’ to get you different parts of the application.


The documents tab allows you to upload documents relevant to the organisation. Only organisation admins are able to view these documents.

Upload your companies logo to be shown on invoices that you send through the application.


Update your company details including admin emails, trading name, etc.

Timezone: Here you can set your organisations local timezone. This affects when Employment details take effect which will always be midnight on the designated timezone

The general settings tab allows you to customize how the application works for your organisation.

Please see the General Settings documentation for information about what each setting does.


Upgrading your Plan

Please follow the steps below to enter your payment details and upgrade your plan:

  2. Click “Billing”
  3. Click “Update Card Information” & enter your credit card details.
  4. Click “Save”
  5. Now choose a plan to upgrade to. Click on the desired plan to select it.
  6. Click the “Update Plan” button and then OK to confirm.
