Editing the Project Productivity Summary

Introduction

The new Project Productivity Summary editing feature allows you to view and update how productivity is allocated across jobs within a project. This feature gives you the flexibility to fine-tune productivity assignments, ensuring that effort is accurately tracked and aligned with the correct jobs.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Click “Registers”
  • Click “Projects”
  • Select the project that you would like to update the productivity allocation for.
  • Click the “Overview” tab.
  • Click the “Productivity” sub-tab.
  • Here you can view the breakdown of productivity put towards the project.
  • Click “Enable Edit” to open the job selection menu and modify the productivity allocation.
  • Now, for each row, the job can be updated to another job within the project.
  • Job allocation can also be updated in bulk using the checkboxes.
  • Click the checkboxes next to the desired jobs.
  • Select the job you would like the productivity allocated to.
  1. Click “Save”
