Compliance Metrics

The Compliance Metrics Dashboard is designed to continually monitor, assess, and improve various operational compliance metrics within the organization. This post serves to clarify the rules that govern the accrual of points for each metric.

Compliance Metrics Rules

1. Approvals

• Metric: Timely approval of tasks or projects
• Criteria: A one-time allocation of 0.5 points will be given if an approval remains unapproved 3 days after the initial request date.
• Point Allocation: 0.5 points

2. Calibrations

• Metric: Calibration completion time
• Criteria: A one-time allocation of 0.5 points will be given if a calibration remains uncompleted 7 days after its due date.
• Point Allocation: 0.5 points

3. Competencies

• Metric: Completion of competencies
• Criteria: A one-time allocation of 0.5 points will be given if a competency remains uncompleted 7 days after its due date.
• Point Allocation: 0.5 points

4. CPIRs (Corrective, Preventative or Improvement Recommendations)

• Metric: CPIR completion time
• Criteria: A one-time allocation of 0.5 points will be given if a CPIR remains uncompleted 7 days after its due date.
• Point Allocation: 0.5 points

5. Timesheets

• Metric: Timesheet creation time
• Criteria: A one-time allocation of 0.25 points will be given if a timesheet remains uncreated 2 days after the date of the timesheet.
• Point Allocation: 0.25 points
