If you’re experiencing issues with The Boss App and need help, logging a support ticket is a quick and easy process.

By following the simple steps below, you can provide our support team with the necessary information to help resolve your issue efficiently:

  1. Click on the floating menu button.
  2. Click on ‘Support Request’.
  3. Choose the department you would like to lodge the request with.
  4. Enter the details of the issue you’re experiencing.
  5. Attach any files, screenshots or supporting documentation.
  6. Click “Save”

To view you existing support requests:

  • Click on the question mark next to your name in the top right corner.
  • Click on Support Requests.
