Client Feedback Types

TheBOSSapp allows users to gather and manage client feedback for specific projects. The feature allows users to create custom “client feedback types” that include specific questions relevant to the type of feedback being gathered.

Creating a New Client Feedback Type

  1. Navigate to the “Client Feedback Types” section under Organisation > Operational Details.
  2. Click on the “Add New Client Feedback Type” button.
  3. Enter a name for the new feedback type (e.g. “Product Feedback”).
  4. Add questions to the feedback type by clicking on the “Add Field” button.
  5. For each question, enter the question text and select the question type (e.g. multiple choice, text input, etc.).
  6. Once all questions have been added, click on the “Save” button.

Editing an Existing Client Feedback Type

  1. Navigate to the “Client Feedback Types” section in TheBOSSapp.
  2. Select the feedback type you wish to edit.
  3. Make the desired changes to the feedback type’s name and questions.
  4. Click on the “Save Feedback Type” button to save the changes.
