The “Feedback” feature in our software provides an easy way for users to record and view feedback about clients. This feature enables users to share their experiences and opinions about a particular client, whether positive or negative. This feedback can then be viewed and analyzed by the organization to gain valuable insights into client how well we work with our clients. With this feature, users can also view any feedback that clients have given to the organization, providing a complete picture of the client-organization relationship. The feature allows users to create custom “client feedback types” that include specific questions relevant to the type of feedback being gathered. The “Feedback” feature is an essential tool for organizations looking to improve their client relations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requesting Feedback from a Client

Before requesting feedback from clients, it is necessary to create a ‘feedback type’ in the software.

The feedback type defines the questions that will be asked in the feedback request.

It is a flexible system that enables organizations to tailor their feedback request to their specific needs. By creating different feedback types, organizations can obtain targeted information from clients about their experiences with them.

Before requesting feedback from clients, it is important to set up the feedback type so that the correct questions are asked in the feedback request.

Requesting Feedback from a Client
  1. Navigate to a specific project in TheBOSSapp.
  2. Go to the “Overview” page for that project.
  3. Click on the “Feedback” tab.
  4. Click ‘Request Feedback’.
  5. Select the type of feedback to send and select who to send the feedback from (this will automatically pull from the project’s contacts).
  6. Click on the “Send Feedback” button to send the client feedback.
  7. You can also view all feedback from that client for that project on the same “Feedback” tab.

You will also be asked if you would like to request feedback from a client when a project status is marked as ‘closed’.

Note: Make sure you are in the right project and in the overview page before sending or viewing the feedback.

Viewing Client Feedback

Viewing Client Feedback for a Specific Project
  1. Navigate to a specific project in TheBOSSapp.
  2. Go to the “Overview” page for that project.
  3. Click on the “Feedback” tab.
  4. You will see a list of feedback sent.
  5. To view specific feedback, click on the list item for the what you want to see (note, you can only view if the client has completed the feedback).
  6. To exit out of specific feedback, click the x in the top right hand corner.
Viewing all Feedback from a Client
  1. Navigate to the client you want to view feedback for.
  2. Go to the ‘Feedback’ page.
  3. Click ‘Feedback from {client}’.
  4. You will see a list of feedback sent.
  5. To view specific feedback, click on the list item for the what you want to see.
  6. To exit out of specific feedback, click the x in the top right hand corner.

Adding Feedback to a Client

  1. Navigate to the client you wish to add feedback for.
  2. Go to the ‘Feedback’ page.
  3. Click ‘Feedback for ${client}’.
  4. Click ‘Add Feedback’.
  5. Fill form and click ‘Save’.
