How to Create a Job

Quick Steps

  1. Click “REGISTERS”, then “Projects”, and select the desired project.
  2. In the right-hand column, click “Jobs”, then “CREATE A NEW JOB”.
  3. Choose the job type and title, and select the branch to conduct the work.
  4. Define the job manager and any staff members that need to be involved.
  5. Set the start and end dates of the job, then click “Save”.

How to Create a Deliverable

Quick Steps

  1. While in the desired job, click “Deliverables” in the right-hand column, followed by “ADD NEW DELIVERABLE“.
  2. Enter a name for your deliverable (for instance, “Design Drawings”).
  3. Choose a recipient from the project’s contacts for the deliverable.
  4. Attach files, like a PDF or image, by clicking the “Deliverable File” field.
  5. Choose a deliverable type.
  6. Enter price and quantity. Use “Add Pricing” for more line items.
  7. Finally, click “Save”.

How to Send Deliverables to a Client

Quick Steps

  1. Click “Deliverables” and select the deliverable you want to send.
  2. Click “SEND SELECTED DELIVERABLES” and enter the recipient’s email address.
  3. Click “Send“.
  4. The deliverable will now display the date it was last sent.

How To Create an Invoice and Sent It

Quick Steps

  1. Click “Invoices” and then “ADD INVOICE“.
  2. Select any Un invoiced deliverables from the “Add Deliverables” dropdown, and click “Add“.
  3. If you have a Xero integration enabled, click “APPROVE AND SEND INVOICE” to send the invoice to Xero. If not, click “REQUEST INVOICE” to mark the invoice as completed.
  4. Choose your recipients by clicking “SEND INVOICE“.
  5. If needed, enable “Send Uploaded Documents as Attachments” to include files attached to your deliverables.
  6. Click “Save” to send the invoice and then “MARK AS INVOICED” to label that the invoice has been sent to the client.
